Minimum Education & Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent, and five to seven years of business office experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Assists management and office staff with loan origination and servicing activities, including entering new loans in the Automated Delivery System and preparing new loan and loan servicing documents. Prepares releases and transfers as loans are paid in full.
Monitors delinquent loans and prepares appropriate correspondence for signature. Provides for the payment of bills due and owing by the office in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
Oversees collection letters, FSA reporting, scanning documents to the HUB, and CRM/Farm View management.
Handles moderately complex customer inquiries and resolves issues referred by less-senior staff. Fosters good member/public relations by providing
Customer Service that exceeds customers’ expectations.
- Monitors all routine reporting requirements and assists with the generation of reports required by the office, the association, the Farm Credit Bank of Texas, the Farm Credit Administration, or government entities.
