Job Description
- Essential worker, no layoffs
- Answer incoming calls from customers, meeting call volume and quality standards in accordance with internal guidelines
- Display professional phone/email etiquette and communication under all conditions and circumstances
- Provide information, answer questions, research situations, make decisions and/or solve problems to provide effective Customer Service over the phone and via email
- Research SKU's for similarity, description, product specifics, etc. to help give the customer the best service as possible
- Walk customers through the sales process, including up-selling and offering warranties for products
- Enter customer information into our company database - create new customer cards, update existing customer cards, complete notes and utilize tools & processes in place from the interaction you have with customers and any orders that may have been placed
- Follow back up with customers that you were unable to give all answers to during initial interaction
- Working in an office setting independently and with a team
- Manipulating spreadsheets and templates to prepare information for upload
- Spot check your work for accuracy and completeness
- Additional support duties as assigned to contribute to the company’s success

Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months of Customer Service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Proficient typing and data entry skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
- High attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills
- Active listener with effective communication skills
- Critical thinking skills to resolve incidents quickly and consistently
- Able to identify and defuse challenging customer behavior
- Awareness of the core processes and the best practices used in service and support
- Overtime may be required
In office position with potential for hybrid work.
Hours
- Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
