Customer Service Representative – Fayetteville AR

As a Customer Service Representative at Watco Logistics, you will play a crucial role in the overall
"day-to-day" freight management of shipments and assigned shipping accounts and carriers. It is essential for this position to 1) garner trust of our customers and 2) complement and supplement the duties of the Account Manager and/or Transportation Coordinator. This position has a broad range of transportation and business-related duties including operational, accounting, and Customer Service. This position requires a highly motivated, high performing individual that is looking for a career and the ability to grow and advance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Order entry, scheduling loading and/or unloading Appointments
• Shipment tracking and tracing
• Identify and communicate potential issues to the appropriate parties
• Prioritize and respond to all requests (internal and external) promptly, effectively, and professionally
• Heavy telephone usage (both inbound and outbound)
• Billing / ensure required documents are obtained and customer invoicing requirements are met
• Follow all existing Standard Operating Processes
• Perform additional tasks as requested

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Customer service or operations experience preferred – previous logistics experience is not required
• Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
