Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone and email.
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer accounts
- Take incoming and make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience
Experience:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in banking, healthcare or any computer based position is also considered
