Customer Service Representative

Paintworx collision center is Hiring an addition Customer service rep to help in our ever growing team !!

Because we are not just in the collision business,

we are in the Customer Service business as well and if you are great with organization and people we are looking for you!!

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels.

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries

Schedule in customers

Bill out customers

Enter vehicles in an inventory list

Take vehicle damage photos

Deliver vehicles to customer

Resolve customer complaints if needed

Help with customer concerns

Keep records of customer interactions and transactions

Follow up on customers on the status of their vehicles

Qualifications are but not limited to :

-People skills

-Ability to work Monday-Friday 7:45am -5pm

- Being Sharp/Multi tasking

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

-Being prompt/on time

- Strong Customer Service orientation

- Ability to effectively communicate with customers

- Strong computer skills

-Ability to be a self starter

- Proficient in data entry and able to analyze customer information

- Experience with outbound calling

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
