The Customer Service Representative is responsible for greeting and directing customers and for processing all customer transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Open store by unlocking doors, turning on lights, verifying cash drawer, starting coffee, etc.
- Greet customers when entering or leaving establishment
- Handle customer transactions, issuing receipts, refunds, and pick lists
- Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Field phone calls/take messages
- Resolve customer inquiries, guide them and provide relevant information
- Maintain showroom and tidy checkout area
- Scan documents into ERP system
- Maintain stock of office supplies
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail
- Coordinate office events as needed
- Prepare nightly deposit
- Fill in for Sales Administration when on lunch or vacation
- Performs other related duties, as required
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS system
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Attention to detail and strong mathematical skills
- Ability to work with precision in a fast-paced environment
- Attention and care required to prevent errors
- Strong commitment to Customer Service
- Ability to maintain a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
This is a full-time onsite position in Enterprise, AL.
