Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries and concerns
- Build and form new partnerships with potential customers on behalf of our clients
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Communicate effectively with customers in person
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and etiquette in all customer interactions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to speak multiple languages, particularly Spanish, is a plus
- Sales experience or the ability to upsell products is desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customers with patience and empathy
