- Signarama, West Palm Beach is a family-owned Sign Company celebrating 30 years in the sign industry. We are a busy sign shop with a fast-paced office environment. We are seeking a full time Client Account Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet customers in our shop
- Effectively manage all incoming calls
- Sell signs at the counter, on the phone and through email
- Build and create custom sign jobs through our Point-of-Sale system
- Manage your sign jobs to completion and customer satisfaction
- Follow up with customers to check that they’re satisfied with any purchases or services
- Manage existing and new customer accounts
- Coordinate with outside vendors and services as needed
- Make product recommendations or services to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Provide outstanding Customer Service
- Helping to determine the best fabrication methods and materials needed for jobs
- Personable and friendly, likes to work with people
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- This position requires math skills, product knowledge and computer skills.
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- Must be able to work on multiple projects at a time
- Must be someone who takes pride in the product they produce
- Must be comfortable working with customers directly and answering phones
- Must have a willingness to learn the Sign Industry and the ability to catch on quickly
- Must be a team player
- Must be dependable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
