Since our inception, we have grown to operate 32 stores located throughout Florida and Puerto Rico, with more stores opening in 2024 and beyond.
We are looking for qualified Customer Service Associates to join our Fit2Run Family in our Corporate office in Lakewood Ranch (we will be moving to our amazing new corporate location soon located at 311 Manatee Ave W, Bradenton, FL).
This is an onsite position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
- Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and resolved satisfactorily.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures.
- Must be able to work at least one (1) weekend day per week.
REQUIREMENTS
- Passion for helping customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Customer Service orientation and ability to engage with diverse customer demographics - previous Customer Service experience in retail or call center environment preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
- Ability to take direction well to complete tasks and assignments.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable and able to arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
- Able to work collaboratively as a part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
