SalaryIn Tents Events, the PREMIERE party rental service in Tallahassee is looking for party pros to join our company! If you have what it takes to handle a fast paced, non-stop environment then we are looking for you! No experience required.
Must have knowledge of basic computer skills, the ability to answer phones, lift up 20 lbs. (you will be helping clients to load their vehicles), must be able to stand/lift/walk for multiple hours, be able to withstand working outside during the heat or cold and must be able to be quick on your feet and handle stress.
This position will report directly to the Event Planner. Main responsibility will be; helping prepare linens for clients by pressing them, washing/drying/folding them upon there return, preparing dishes/glasses/flatware for clients, washing them with the use of a dishwasher upon their return. Speaking to clients regarding rentals for their events, taking payments, etc.
Must be available to work Monday-Friday 9:30am-5:30pm. Full time position will be 40 hours a week with a paid 30 minute lunch. Part time hours will vary depending on the season, typical schedule might be 10am-3pm, no paid lunch.
We do have someone on call for the weekends, typically just requires a cell phone and the ability to call clients back.
