Customer Service Representative

We're looking for exceptional people to provide outstanding Customer Service and develop strong client relationships. This position requires the incumbent to work in our office in Spring Hill, Florida and is not a remote position.

Working with our team, you will learn a professional business credit service in a steadily growing industry. To be successful in Client Relations position, one will need to handle accurate data entry, complete note taking for each activity on a file, be able to work in a fast paced environment, have good attention to detail, and have the ability to stay organized with persistent follow up. We need self-sufficient persons who possess rational logic and can get work done in a short period of time with GREAT work ethic and problem-solving skills. We only want team players who understand the professional world and how to communicate with high-end business owners and investors.

We handle a large volume of business credit loan packages each month and need people who can comprehensively respond with depth to email communications from our business owner clientele. We will train but we need people with the aforementioned foundation.

Needed Skills/Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years' experience in a high-paced/high-volume call environment
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Professional and courteous disposition
• Great time management skills
• Detail Oriented
• High proficiency with computers
• Availability to work 40-50 hours per week, depending on demand
• Financial services experience preferred, but not required.
