Customer Service Representative/Order Processor

This primary position requires a positive attitude, quick-thinking and the ability to multitask effectively and efficiently as we are seasonal and get very busy certain times of year. The duties of this position include processing orders, assisting customers with inquiries or placing orders, and processing payment, and setting up freight for pick up/deliveries. This position requires reliability to be here Monday through Friday, and occasionally for a few hours on rotating Saturday mornings. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Salary will be determined based on experience and proven performance.

Responsibilities

• Process orders quickly and accurately
• Respond to leads efficiently and timely by answering questions accurately, providing Customer Service, and following up to convert leads, etc.
• Assist customers over the phone and walk-in customers with orders, questions, etc.
• Manage emails to assist customers, answer questions, pursue and convert leads, etc.
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
• Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
• Track all sales activities in company CRM system and update account information regularly.

Qualifications for Sales Representative

• 2-4 years of sales experience, desired but not required if you have a natural drive and ability to sell
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly self-motivated
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of CRM systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
