Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team in New Braunfels as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving inquiries, and assisting with amenity access. Duties
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist residents with amenity access
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
- Accepting payments for HOA assessments
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent phone etiquette skills with the ability to handle difficult or irate customers professionally
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Previous Customer Service experience is preferred but not required
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus
