- Position: Customer Care Specialist
- Location: Bradenton, FL (Outside Tampa)
- Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
- Pay Rate: $17-$20/hour

Job Description:
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to rental car customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answer incoming calls professionally, providing fast, accurate, and friendly assistance to rental car customers regarding tolls or violations incurred during the rental period.
- Address all customer concerns promptly, ensuring that their needs are met and providing resolution or education on products and services.
- Process payments efficiently and accurately.
- Navigate through multiple computer applications to deliver precise information.
- Document customer interactions clearly and concisely, maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal skills and typing proficiency.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Dependable and reliable, with a positive attitude.
