Appolo Heating is an established and growing company seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. We are a leading HVAC home services provider and we are looking for a reliable, personable and motivated person to be our newest CSR. You will answer inbound service calls and make outbound calls, talking to both existing customers and new/potential customers.
Providing an excellent customer experience and service is our #1 priority. We take care of our customers first and foremost. You will be empowered to do what it takes to assist them every time. You will schedule appointments and follow up calls, and use your communication skills and active listening skills to help the customer. No two days are ever the same. You will work along side co-workers and a department manager who will provide you with coaching and support along the way.
In addition to earning an hourly salary, you have potential to earn additional money from commissions each month. What you make in compensation is a direct result of your efforts!

Duties:

- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure professional and courteous communication with customers
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalations
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Sales experience or knowledge is an asset
