Job Description
This position requires candidates to manage a high volume of outbound calls with varying degrees of questions or concerns, identify and resolve complaints, use a computer system to track customer interactions, and record details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.

Qu alifications include:
- At least 2 years of experience

Pay Details: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour
