Adecco is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives in the Rockland - Nyack area for a major medical group! This position would provide you with various opportunities for growth. There are positions available in several locations!
This position requires candidates to manage a high volume of outbound calls with varying degrees of questions or concerns, identify and resolve complaints, use a computer system to track customer interactions, and record details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour

Qu alifications include:
- At least 2 years of experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent (college courses preferred)
