Exciting opportunity – located in Cleveland, OH to work as a Customer Service Representative!

Position Description:

• Order entry, providing pricing and availability, processing returns and general inquiries via an omnichannel environment (voice, email, and text)
• On most of the time/ high volume call center/ lots of multitasking
• Work as inside liaison to outside sales team including identifying and communicating candidates for future business relationships
• Implement suggestions based on customer feedback (e.g., product enhancements, web site improvements)

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• 2 – 3 years of direct work experience in Customer Service and/or call center
• Strong knowledge of retail and/or wholesale sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques preferred not required Tile industry or flooring experience
• Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Able to complete basic mathematical calculations as well as measuring and spatial estimates
