Exciting opportunity – located in Cleveland, OH to work as a Customer Service Representative!
Position Description:
- Order entry, providing pricing and availability, processing returns and general inquiries via an omnichannel environment (voice, email, and text)
- On most of the time/ high volume call center/ lots of multitasking
- Work as inside liaison to outside sales team including identifying and communicating candidates for future business relationships
- Implement suggestions based on customer feedback (e.g., product enhancements, web site improvements)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 2 – 3 years of direct work experience in Customer Service and/or call center
- Strong knowledge of retail and/or wholesale sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques preferred not required Tile industry or flooring experience
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Able to complete basic mathematical calculations as well as measuring and spatial estimates
