Shift/Pay Rate: Monday – Thursday (7:30 am to 4:30 pm): $45k - $60k (Based on Experience)
- Handle outbound/inbound customer calls and resolve inquiries
- Gain and maintain new customers, improve customer retention, product mix, and volume, and maintain a profitable sales margin
- Suggest applicable and relevant upsells
- Ensure that the Corporate Mission and Values are followed at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Representative experience within a food (meat) distributor and/or manufacturing setting
- Excellent negotiation & communication skills
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Bi-lingual is preferred
