Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, email and in person
- Assist customers with inquiries, order placement, and product information
- Perform data entry to update customer records and maintain accurate information
- Communicate effectively in English
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
Experience:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism
- Strong math skills
