We are a growing fast paced contract packaging company seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has excellent communication skills.
```Duties```
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customers in a professional and timely manner
- Provide updates/information about projects to our customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information as needed
```Requirements```
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is a plus, but not required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite a must (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
