Join our team at PDM Collision Repair Center, a leading auto collision shop in the RGV community! We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Operations team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and visitors with a smile and friendly voice
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front lobby and customer restroom
• Assist with invoices and reports
• Help customers fill out sign-in sheets
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older
