Full Time / 41 1/4-hour work week M – F 8:15 am to 5:30 pm.
We are offering a full-time career opportunity (41 hr.) with a dependable schedule within an established 60-year business. We will train the eager self-motivated person who possesses strong communication skills, and a drive to succeed to help our clients recover their accounts receivable, primarily by phone. Our goal is to make you a successful long-term employee.
Position Description:
The Accounts Receivable Representative position is responsible for providing excellent Customer Service by contacting consumers in order to negotiate settlement and payment agreements on unpaid consumer accounts. The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate exceptional communication and leadership skills and be detail oriented as they are required to adhere to all industry related state and federal regulations. No experience is necessary as we are willing to train the right candidate. Paid training is provided onsite.

Qualifications:

- · Sales experience a plus
- · Computer / keyboarding skills (at least 45 wpm)

Pay:
Our pay structure is comprised of a guaranteed $ 17.00/ hourly wage plus monthly bonus / commission with no ceiling.
