Position Summary Details
We are looking for a customer service oriented person to fill an open position in our main office. This position handles all customer inquiries whether in person or over the phone. Providing excellent service standards, this person will respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. The person in this position is also in charge of our Social Media sites ensuring they have accurate information on a daily basis.
Location: Battle Creek, MI
Pay: $16.00

Responsibilities
- Maintaining current and accurate information on all social media sites
- Manage incoming calls and walk-in customers
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Cash handling, posting payments, and report writing are high priorities
Skills
- Strong Social Media experience
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to enter data into a computer
- Written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree or equivalent
Job detail
- Full-Time, Monday - Friday from 7am to 4pm
- Weekend availability required for Special Events
- Salary - $16.00 per hour
- Work Location: Downtown Battle Creek
