Job Summary:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. Our Customer Service Representative will handle all aspects of Customer Service needs and administrative duties as assigned. We are looking for a self-starter with a great attitude who enjoys solving problems and taking on challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Order processing/fulfillment and sales support
- Deal directly with customers and provide exceptional Customer Service via telephone, web, or email
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and offer solutions quickly
- Communicate with all departments to ensure an expedient resolution to customer escalations
- Handle stressful calls and issues with a calm and reassuring demeanor and attitude
- General administrative duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Patience for people and a high stress tolerance when needed
- Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple and changing priorities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to negotiate
- Highly resourceful team player with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Salary $55,000 - 58,000 annually
