About the Job:
The CSR will serve as the point of contact between the customers and our warehouse. They will have outstanding Customer Service skills. They must be able to multi-task and keep up with their work to be done. Reports to the Office Manager.
DUTIES
- Greets people in person or over the phone in a friendly, professional approach.
- Answers Customer Service calls
- Checks emails and fax throughout the day
- Inputs new purchase orders and process returns.
- Invoices customers and collect payments when needed
- Informs customers of order status and changes when needed
- Sets up shipments via Freight trucks and UPS
- Interacts with sales and warehouse personnel to ensure customers’ needs are met.
- Refills coffee throughout the day and prepares the coffee machine for the next day
REQUIREMENTS
- Has working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Has great communications skills
- Completes daily tasks in a timely manner with little supervision
- Maintains a clean, organized workspace
- Must be dependable and honor their work ethic
- Follows office procedures
