Wilcox Energy has a career opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our family locally owned energy company. This immediate opening is for a Full or Part time position. If applying for Part time, candidate would be required to work a minimum of 32 hours a week. Full Time candidate would work 40 hours per week and receive the following benefits: health & dental insurance, life insurance, paid vacation, paid sick time, matching 401K, profit sharing.
Job Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and address the specific needs of the customer.
- Process payments and update customer information.
- Schedule service calls and fuel deliveries.
- Schedule sales appointments.
- Assist and backup dispatcher
- Assist in the Propane installation administration department
- File
- Open mail, sort and code payments with customer information (back up).
- Other miscellaneous responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Be a people person and friendly on the phones.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client Service Representative.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Proficient in Word & Excel.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
