Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns. Duties:
- Handle inbound calls from customers and provide assistance with their inquiries, orders, and concerns
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any issues
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and promotions
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell products or services when appropriate
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Previous Customer Service experience is preferred but not required
