Job Description
- Review appointment availability with Service Dispatcher and Customer Service Coordinator
- Take Customer Phone Calls
- Respond to all customer electronic communications
- Inform Residential Customers on Gillette Heating and Air Memberships
- Inform Residential Customers on Special Promotions (i.e. accessory of the month, in house offers as per website)
- Send Customers a link to the Google Review page and request reviews
- Perform Happy Calls
- Use Probing Questions to get information from potential customers
- Communicate effectively with Service Dispatcher and Customer Service Coordinator on scheduling needs
- When scheduling Sales appointments, qualify the sales lead (are they truly interested?)
- Take on Call Shifts
- Schedules the right technician, right time, with the right skill set
- Maintains organized and well notated customer records within company database
- Type service contract proposals for new residential customers
- Properly articulate solutions and appointment information to customers
- Actively monitor all electronic chats (podium, service titan, ring central), and respond to customer inquires in a reasonable amount of time
- All other duties as assigned
Weekly Duties:
Maintain office appearance (cleanliness)
Performance Indicators:
- Prompt response to all customer inquires
- Eventual job fluency, and ability to complete all assigned tasks accurately and quickly
- Completes all training courses as assigned by management
- High booking rate
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Organizational abilities
Pay Rate: up to $22.00/hr DOE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
