Customer Service Agent

As a Customer Service Agent you will:

• Enter all purchase and repair order in a timely manner
• Provide high level communication on progress of customer orders
• Take pro-active steps to notify customers of potential problems or schedule changes
• Maintains and builds positive relationships with clients

As a Customer Service Agent you need:

• 1-2 years in Customer Service experience Medical or Aerospace production
• Experience with entering PO's and understanding the quality requirements within the contracts
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Comfortable ability to use a computer
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Location: Redmond WA
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-430pm (flexible start time! You could also start 7am!)
Pay: 55k-58k
