As a Customer Service Agent you will:
- Enter all purchase and repair order in a timely manner
- Provide high level communication on progress of customer orders
- Take pro-active steps to notify customers of potential problems or schedule changes
- Maintains and builds positive relationships with clients
- 1-2 years in Customer Service experience Medical or Aerospace production
- Experience with entering PO's and understanding the quality requirements within the contracts
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable ability to use a computer
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-430pm (flexible start time! You could also start 7am!)
Pay: 55k-58k
