Molly Maid is a Nationally recognized residential cleaning company that has been in the Boca Raton and Coral Springs area for more than 14 years now. We have a solid group of excellent employees who do a great job and now due to a business expansion we are opening a new position in our office for an Office Manager Assistant / Operations Assistant.
Prior Customer Service, office or cleaning experience preferred but not required!
Job Requirements:
- Be available Monday to Friday from 10AM to 6PM (Full Time ) or 2PM to 6PM (Part Time)
- Must be able to perfectly communicate in English and Spanish (speaking, reading and writing).
- Have a strong phone, Customer Service and organizational skills.
- Excellent skills using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ideal candidate must have prior experience in a similar role in a call center, services industry or food industry.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Duties:
- Handling customer incoming calls requesting information or changes in the schedule.
- Check teams in when returning to the office, making sure all the information in the paperwork is properly filled in.
- Administer proper customer scheduling.
- Stock and maintain all necessary equipment, products and cleaning supplies.
- Conduct staff meetings when requested.
- Be able to occasionally support the morning shift (7AM to 3PM) when needed.
