Length of assignment: 12 Month temp to permanent
Location: Jacksonville, FL 32246
Pay: $22.12 per hour
Shift/Hours: Monday – Friday (8 am – 5 pm) or (9 am – 6 pm)
This is an onsite position.
Requirements
Proficient in PC skills and Microsoft Office applications with strong typing skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including active listening and professional phone/email etiquette.
Ability to manage outbound calls effectively.
Experience navigating multiple software systems simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively to find solutions.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Job description
Process and research new bank account applications and service requests for account maintenance.
Utilize independent judgment and strong research skills to resolve client inquiries and complete tasks.
Manage outbound calls to internal and external clients as part of the problem-solving and new account setup process.
Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously to efficiently handle different tasks.
Multitask and prioritize effectively, handling multiple client requests with sound judgment.
Ensure accuracy and take ownership of your work, finding solutions to complex situations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank products, policies, and regulations to mitigate risk.
Conduct in-depth research and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
Provide exceptional service with a focus on exceeding client expectations.

Pay Details: $22.12 per hour
