Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing client inquiries via web, email, and phone channels. In addition to providing exceptional Customer Service, you will be responsible for performing our company's sales process, addressing customer issues, and handling insurance claims through Lynx & SGC platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client inquiries through various communication channels, including web, email, and phone.
• Perform the company's sales process to effectively meet customer needs and drive sales.
• Address customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring resolutions that meet or exceed expectations.
• Handle insurance claims efficiently through Lynx & SGC platforms.
• Utilize Omega EDI for all sales activities and company operations upon implementation.
• Experience with commercial and fleet account sales and management is a plus.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service or related fields.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of proven experience in Customer Service or related roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using technology and software applications.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with insurance claims processing preferred.
• Previous experience with commercial and fleet account sales and management is an advantage.

Location:
The position is based in the Colorado Front Range area, but remote work is available for qualified candidates.

Salary and Benefits:

• Hourly wage of $17 - $20 per hour (based on experience)
