CS Representative Requisition
Who will you be working with?
L&M Radiator, Inc. is a global designer, manufacturer, and distributor or MESABI cooling and heat transfer solutions that are custom-made for heavy equipment in the mining, oil, gas, construction and heavy industrial industries. This role will be collaborating with our internal teams to ensure product build is on track and on target per customer specifications. We want a representative that wants to connect with our customers around the world.
How will you make a difference?
As a member of the CS department, you will be responsible for providing the whole department with support, knowledge of products, and assist in communication and problem solving. Responsible for data input and checking of orders, quotes, and purchase orders. Learn customer portals for entering and retrieving customer orders. Collaborate with internal engineering and sales department on quoting, pricing and product delivery. Work within deadlines, establish customer relationships and collaborate with team on to produce the worlds best heat transfer solutions across the globe.
What do we want to know about you?
- 2-year Associate degree or 4-6 years' experience in an industrial Customer Service or inside sales atmosphere, or prior L&M experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Epicor or similar ERP system.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing.
What will your typical day look like?
- Check Quotes to Ensure customers receive accurate, correct, and proper product quotes, information and materials.
- Responsible for intercompany orders.
- Able to process customer and vendor Purchase Orders in ERP system (Epicor)
- Respond to Customer Service needs in a timely, respectful, and diligent manner.
- Maintain all required records clearly, accurately, and completely.
- Follow all department procedures, processes and instructions set forth by the Customer Service manager.
- Follow all corporate policies and procedures and support management decisions.
- Communicate with other departments as required.
- Perform work in a safe manner and follow all safety guidelines/procedures.
- Domestic and international travel could be required and include weekends depending on the project and if needed.
- Other related duties as assigned and deemed necessary by Supervisor.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required for Entry Level:
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Communicate effectively in English, by both verbal and written means.
- Technical, mechanical, and industrial knowledge needed to include blueprint reading.
- Experience preparing a wide variety of reports, spreadsheets and documentation using Microsoft Office Products such as Excel, Word, PPT, Teams and Outlook.
- Work effectively with fellow employees, independently, under pressure, and with accuracy.
- Establish priorities and complete assignments efficiently with excellent attention to detail.
- Dependability under both supervised and unsupervised conditions.
- Professional phone and email étiquette.
- Must be organized, thorough and have good follow through.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time and multi-task throughout the day.
- Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug/alcohol and background test.
