Details:
- Location: In office role in Minneapolis - parking pass is paid for
- Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. For Summer hours: Memorial Day - Labor Day 8am - 5pm, Monday - Thursday and 8am-12pm on Friday (summer hours)
- Pay: $20-23/hr depending on experience
- Duration: temp to hire on permanent
Duties:
- Serve as the link of communication between customers, retailer and representative to our internal teams
- Pull reports showing progress and forecasting sales
- Answering phone calls - providing order information, placing orders and taking payments
- Tracking orders and communicating with carriers
- Processing returns - providing shipping labels, checking in returns, issuing refunds
- Using various software and systems to record customer interaction and solutions
- Communicating with team and management to identify and discuss any potential improvements, consistent issues and concerns, trends, etc.
- Assist with general Customer Service tasks
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Requirements:
- Must be ok with dogs as the owner bring her dogs (1-2) in to the office sometimes
- Previous B2B (business to business) - required - or B2C (business to consumer) Customer Service experience in an office setting .
- Ability to learn, retain, and relay product knowledge
- Solution-based problem solving skills
- Experience with SAP is great but can be taught

- Employees are eligible for up to $350.00 (retail) product allowance per year (prorated based on start date)! Unused balances do not rollover. Once your allowance is met, you can purchase items at 50% off (retail), uncapped.
