Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or issues. This is a great opportunity to utilize your sales and communication skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent Customer Service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns or escalate complex issues
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information and order details
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Customer Service or related field preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
