Strong customer service and communication skills
Strong desktop skills, software troubleshooting skills Windows 10 Experience, upgrades, feature updates
Microsoft Office Application Installation and Troubleshooting
Hardware Installation and Troubleshooting Network communications understanding
Experience with LAN/WAN technologies Racking and stacking equipment Cable installation (Cat5, Cat6, Fiber, etc..)
Experience with the following technologies are highly encouraged but not all are mandatory:
Cisco/Aruba experience
VSAT
Ubiquiti Radios
Microsoft SCCM/Intune
Citrix (Workspace, Published Apps, Desktops) Mobile - iOS, enrollment, app deployment, iOS updates Active Directory - EUC concepts, user and computer object management Group Policy - basic understanding
