Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilize bilingual skills (Spanish/English) to communicate with customers effectively
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Upsell products or services to customers when applicable
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers or promote new offers
Requirements:
- Previous Customer Service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish (Prefered)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically
- Proficient in data entry and computer navigation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
