Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to business clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Identify and analyze customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
- Order entry, review, and escalation as appropriate
- Communicate effectively in English
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies and procedures for handling customer interactions
- Demonstrate excellent phone and email etiquette and communication skills
Qualifications:
- Previous experience (3+ years) in business to business Customer Service
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
