Salary
- $19.00/hour
- Performance-based Bonuses!
Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Able to work Saturdays on a rotation with other team members

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service to our clients, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Below are the essential job duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Inbound calls from existing and prospective customers
- Outbound calls to existing customers (not cold calling)
- Inbound and outbound emailcommunications
Job requirements
- Minimum of 1-2+ years of Customer Service experience
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Water Treatment and Purification industry experience is a HUGE plus but not required.
- MS Office, PC, and Outlook proficient
- Knowledge in using Salesforce is a plus
- All Applicants must be ethical, reliable, well organized, coach-able, disciplined, outgoing, and passionate about making others healthy
- Customer-focused, punctual, adaptable, reliable, and outgoing
- Calm under pressure and must have a positive attitude,
- Loyal, team-oriented, results-driven, thorough, personable, and prideful
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
