Who You Are
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing excellent Customer Service to our clients. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, emails and texts to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Customer Service Representative
- Answer and respond to customer inquiries promptly
- Manage customer accounts by updating information and setting up new accounts
- Assistcustomers with scheduling work orders with Dispatchand service technicians
- Communicate with Technicians to ensure work orders are completed correctly and on time
- Work with Accounting Team to resolve billing issues
- Assists create custom and detailed proposals
- Update customers on servicestatus and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Assistand support Office and Field Service Team members, as needed
Requirements - Customer Service Representative
- PC proficient and fluent in Microsoft-based programs
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in written English language
- Proficient in speaking Spanish language
- Professional Communication Skills
- Able to manage tasks in a timely manner
- Positive "can do" attitude, self-driven and motivated
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Critical thinking, problem solver & focused
- Knowledge of construction, HVAC, refrigeration, restaurant equipment or electrical is a plus
