About Adoor Property Management (APM)Adoor Property Management LLC ("APM") is a new property management platform focusing on build-to-rent and single-family rental ("SFR") homes. APM will leverage Darwin Homes' proprietary software and end-to-end real estate platform, establishing itself as a leading player in the SFR industry.

The Vice President of Property Management Operations (VPO) is responsible for day-to-day Property Management performance and operations for Adoor's Portfolio of SFR homes.  The VPO ensures key operational activities are tightly managed and teams are performing tasks in line with established expectations. The ideal candidate is an experienced SFR operator who can develop and motivate a team of property management professionals. 

What You'll Do

• Manage a Portfolio of SFR homes, including property management, leasing, turns, repairs & maintenance, and all other functions related to portfolio operations
• Use data-driven insights to achieve portfolio KPIs and regularly report on portfolio performance to both internal and external audiences 
• Manage a cross-functional team of property management professionals
• Drive operational excellence by developing best practices, ensuring SOPs are followed, and managing team performance 
• Lead regular portfolio performance review meetings and proactively address performance issues with the client
• Provide feedback to internal teams in alignment with strategy and organizational priorities, and drive the change required to achieve those strategies and priorities

Requirements

• Individuals must be based in the Atlanta Metro area for this role
• 5+ years experience managing a residential real estate portfolio with experience in single family or build to rent. 
• 5+ years account/client relationship management experience
• Ability to use data to drive decision making, identify opportunities, and prioritize initiatives
• Prior experience in a start-up, or similarly fast-paced environment, where individuals must be agile, proactive, and able to executive with limited resources
• Must be able to work autonomously and deal with a high degree of ambiguity 
• Demonstrated resourcefulness and track record of leading cross-functional initiatives to completion; the ability to lead both strategic and tactical initiatives with the same degree of ownership and drive 
• Financial acumen, with a proven ability to manage a P&L and business performance to plan
• 5+ years of leadership experience directing operations teams; managing team performance, identifying personnel needs, and coaching to expectations.

$150,000 - $180,000 a year
