Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, following the company's established call script.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our company, products, and services to address customer inquiries accurately and independently whenever possible.
• Communicate clearly, precisely, and in a friendly manner, ensuring customers feel valued and understood.
• Take detailed messages and relay them to the appropriate individuals, ensuring prompt follow-up.
• Proactively contact customers to schedule maintenance appointments.
• Promote and sell service agreements, as well as renew existing agreements.
• Immediately escalate significant customer issues to managers for swift resolution.
• Advocate for our customers within the company, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding phone etiquette and Customer Service skills.
• Ability to handle conflicts and difficult situations with professionalism and composure.
• Ability to project a professional image that reflects positively on the company.
• Proficient in managing customer records and files.
• Comfortable using relevant software systems as required.

Physical Demands:

To fulfill the duties of this position effectively, the employee will regularly and routinely engage in the following activities: sitting, standing, walking, stooping, using hands to handle controls, hearing, and talking.
