If so, come work at Rebalance! We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. Reporting directly to our VP of Operations, you will be involved with everything from building award-winning CUSTOMER SERVICE solutions to supporting a community of entrepreneurial distributors determined to impact the health and wellbeing of millions.
YOUR ROLE:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and distributors, providing exceptional support and solutions. Your role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for outstanding service and in helping our community thrive. You will handle inquiries related to our system, product details, payouts, and any other questions that may arise, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all.
Responsibilities:
● Respond to customer and distributor inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media, ensuring timely and accurate assistance.
● Provide detailed information and support for our amazing community, including product details and order processes.
● Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to account management, payments, and system navigation.
● Assist in the onboarding process for new distributors, providing them with the necessary information and tools to start successfully.
● Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to stay updated on new products and promotions, ensuring accurate information is conveyed to customers and distributors.
● Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and products to offer reliable support.
● Collect feedback from customers and distributors, suggesting improvements to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
● Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and skills.
● Think creatively and outside the box to create strategies that go above and beyond.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
● 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
● Excellent organizational, communications and interpersonal skills
● Strong verbal and written presentation abilities
● Knowledge of Zen Desk, Gorgias, Excel, G-Suite, Exigo a PLUS
● Operates with urgency and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: Corporate office is located in Boulder, CO – specifically in the Flatiron Business Park.
Salary: $55k annual, paid on a bi-weekly payroll schedule (every other week)
