Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Retail Shipping Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Job Type: Part-time- approx. 12 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service

• Assists customers with shipping and packaging services, printing estimates/orders, and other services
• Assists customers with their product and service needs in person, by email and phone
• Processes customer sales through the point-of-sale system

Center Operations

• Opens and closes the store, cash register and center systems
• Maintains the center consistent with established standards
• Interacts with UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS couriers, other vendors and all store staff
• Sorts and deposits mail in private mailboxes
• Captures, organizes, and completes all tasks for Virtual Mail​​​​​​

​​​​​​Physical & Safety Requirements

• Must be able to stand behind a sales counter for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Must be able to communicate clearly with customers by email, by phone and in person
• Must perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 12 per week

Shift:

• 4 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
