In this role, you will:
Provide exceptional inbound call support for a diverse range of clients, including medical, commercial, order entry, tech businesses and more (no sales!).
Be the voice and helping hand for our clients, resolving inquiries and exceeding expectations.
Leverage your bilingual skills to connect seamlessly with both English and Spanish speakers.
Master the art of communication, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and a positive experience for every caller.
Type at lightning speed (35+ wpm) to keep up with the fast-paced environment.
Show off your spelling and grammar prowess, leaving no room for error.
Collaborate with a friendly and supportive team to achieve common goals.

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
