Power Careers LLC is partnered with a a UPS systems and energy storage products OEM for mission critical power worldwide. They are looking to add a Project Manager to their team in Austin, TX.
Overview:
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects to completion on time. within budget, and according to objectives and specifications put in place by you and the customer. You will also facilitate customer and thirdparty/vendor relationships with the company to achieve a cohesive partnership.
Responsibilities:

1. Manage Customer Orders: Oversee the efficient progression of Customer Orders from order entry to commissioning, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope and budget.
2. Documentation Management: Lead the creation of project documentation, including reviewing supplier and subcontractor submittals and producing essential documents.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Participate in the strategic structuring of customer relationships to ensure efficient, profitable, and harmonious project execution, meeting customer expectations.
4. Project Planning: Plan and execute internal projects such as sales conferences, facility construction, and upgrades.
5. Coordination and Supervision: Coordinate Factory Witness Testing, supervise personnel (both company's and subcontracted), and ensure quality installation conforming to engineering designs and industry standards.
6. Project Reporting and Communication: Develop project plans, communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders, liaise with stakeholders, and provide progress reports.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree (Engineering or Project Management preferred)
2. 6+ years of project management experience
3. Experience in data center, mission critical power infrastructure, or closely related field a plus.
4. ERP software experience required, Syteline preferred.
5. Experience in defining and implementing procedures to improve project estimation and project management to increase efficiency and effectiveness
