The Customer Service Representative is a key member of the Customer Service team. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing effective order processing, sales service, customer satisfaction and information feedback to external and internal customers. After successful completion of the 90-day onsite training within our Mebane, NC, facility this role will transition to the Customer Service hybrid schedule. The schedule requires this candidate to be onsite within the Mebane, NC facility two days a week. Candidate must be willing to work the assigned hours of 10am-7pm EST / 7am- 4pm PST.

Job Responsibilities
Processes orders and invoices correctly and in timely manner.
Handles customer complaints, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follows up to ensure resolution.
Assists Lead Customer Service Representative and provides recommendations for process improvements.
Operates as the liaison between internal and external expectations.
Able to identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Promotes products and services to customers and responds to technical questions.
Develops on-going positive relationships with customers.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience in a Customer Service environment.
Possesses professional written and verbal communication skills with excellent telephone etiquette.
Proficiency in SAP with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Lotus Notes.
Can work independently and multi-task in faced paced environment.
Demonstrated problem solving capability.
The expected hourly range for this role is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience, and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
