Shift/Hours: Monday – Friday
This is a Fully Remote position.
Requirements
High School Diploma (College education a plus)
3-5 years of Customer Service experience in a call center environment
Above average computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job description
Provide exceptional Customer Service by handling 50-70 inbound calls and making 60-80 outbound calls daily.
Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy in all interactions, using accurate information and following established scripts.
Efficiently identify and escalate client inquiries or concerns to the appropriate team within a business day.
Field and address client complaints through established procedures.
Respond to sample accountability emails within 24 hours.
Maintain accurate daily records and submit reports (AV, Touchstone & FEDEX).
Manage data and documentation efficiently using designated systems (DTP and usmmempsi.cc.com).
Achieve and maintain a high attendance and on-phone percentage (90% or better).
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and federal regulations.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
