Due to our company’s growth, we are now hiring full-time Customer Service Representatives for our M-F 8:00 a.m - 4:30 p.m and 9:00am - 5:30pm shift. In the Customer Service Representative position, you will support and provide superior Customer Service via phone, email, various computer systems, and fax while striving to build relationships with our current and future clients. You will coordinate prompt handling of all client service requests, including but not limited to, update assignments, quoting fees and finalizing recovery assignments. You will also assist Managers and serve as the liaison between clients and the recovery agents in the field.

Successfully pass drug screen and background check

We are open to entry level candidates for this role, as long as you are confident in providing Customer Service over the phone and have a high school diploma.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
