Job Purpose:
This position is for Global Amines America a joint venture for Wilmar Oleo North America
Applicant MUST have some type of logistics with transportation such as trucks,plane, rail cars etc.
Fulfil customer requirements and aim to solve customer complaints timely, always striving for customer satisfaction, maintaining positive relationship with customers. Coordinate logistics and supply chain to support order fulfillment for assigned customers, be hands-on support to facilitate the overall business.
- This position is a full-time office position
- Efficiently work in a dynamic environment, managing priorities as assigned.
- Collaborating with other departments & International departments: work with other departments within the company, such as commercial and operation teams, to provide the best possible customer experience.
- Support customer experience for North America and assigned accounts outside of North America. Enhance customer experience through prompt responses, communication with our customers, quality of work.
- Efficiently manage multiple international systems
- Monitor order fulfilment process – actively manage shipped & pending
- Responding to customer inquiries: This involves answering customer questions, resolving complaints, and addressing any concerns that customers may have about products or services, including sampling.
- Flag issues with orders & customers promptly and find ways to solve the problem (hands-on approach)
- Work with Commercial Team to resolve discrepancies in customer order requests.
- Have a positive relationship with customers to support company tasks (order processing, issue resolving, collecting)
- Coordinate Logistics & Operations
- Manage and optimize local storage
- Manage logistics & Drive costs
- Support global supply chains and look for ways to keep processes efficient
- Maintaining records: responsible for documenting all customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Hands on role in new projects
- Take care of other tasks as assigned and respond timely to questions and tasks from the organization
- Manage reporting systems on customers performance & supply chain status and costs to have a regular progress meeting with line manager.
Experience & Skills:
- Min 3 years Customer Service experience in chemical industry
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Experience in Inbound & Outbound Logistics preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Problem solving skills, be a do-er
- Experience in SAP
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Confidence and capability to multi-task
- Must be a Team player
- Performs other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
